Confirmation Letter (Certificate of Attendance)

this document states the period of your stay at our University. We may prepare one on our form or you can send the template required by your University to us via e-mail.. It will be filled AFTER the Office of International Affair receives your Transcript of Records and provided that all your commitments to Dean’s Office, library and dormitory are settled.

Dormitory (only for students staying at the Dormitory)

If you are staying in the dormitory, please print out Departure Chart form and leave it at manager’s office at your dorm. Regarding dormitory fee and deposit, please contact the administration office in the dorm.

Departure Chart  - please print out the form.  It is our internal document, so please do not take it to your home university.

Due to the Covid-19 the Housing Department have introduced some changes to the rules regarding the dorms.

All students who live in the dormitories can stay till the end of the agreement they have signed, which is 30.06.2020.

The decision was published on 08.06.2020

If students want to stay after this date, they need to write an application letter to the Vice-rector for Students’s affairs: Jacek Lamperski, PhD, Eng. at prorektor.lamperski@pwr.edu.pl (please use your Student’s email account). In this application you need to justify why you need to stay longer and state for how long (exact dates). It is important that you do this as soon as possible, otherwise your place in the dormitory will be cancelled with the agreement’s date.

The fee for additional stay will be as follows:

  1. 1 day PLN 50
  2. 1 week PLN 300
  3. 30 days PLN 1000

In case of any questions, please contact directly your dormitory administration office.
