Visiting Student programme is dedicated to students who want to study at WrocławTech for one or two semesters. Winter semester runs from October to February and summer semester from February until July. The Programme allows students from different, also non-partner, institutions*, to select preferred subjects and supplement their own curriculum without registering for the degree. They do not need to be nominated by their home university. We welcome undergraduate and postgraduate visiting students from across the world. The programme is on a paid basis. A fee depends on number of ECTS chosen - please refer to the fee chart. For languages there is addtional fee applied. The maximum number of credits one can register for per semester is 30 ECTS. Credits are granted only for modules for which you have submitted the required assignements or passed exams, if applicable. Please ensure the subjects you choose meet your home institution's requirements and that the credits can be transferred (if applicable).

For registration for the programme, you will be asked to fill out online application via IRC system and upload documents below:

a) Application form;
b) Learnign Agreement (LA)- based on available courses offered in English signed by student (signature from the home university is optional or completly left out); majority of the subject should be from one Faculty and can be complemented with single subjects from other Faculties; 
c) Transcript of Records (ToR)- signed by the home university;
d) copy of ID card (for EU candidates) or passport (non-EU candidates);
e) Proof of knowledge of the English language: (min B2 in CEFR scale);
f)  Proof of health insurance; 
g) Confirmation of the student's status from the home university;
h) Confirmation of admission Fee (50 Euro) - is not refundable

Your application documents will be assessed by the Erasmus+ Faculty Coordinator at PWr. In the event of a positive assessment, the applicant receives an initial Offer Letter with information about the necessity to pay a fee for educational services.

for winter and whole academic year - 15th of May

for summer semester - 15th of November

*Before applying check with your university if there isn't Erasmus+ or Exchange agreement which would allow you to study at WrocławTech for sememster or two without fee.
